Richard Trevino was born and raised in Abilene, attending Anson Jones Elementary before moving to the south side of town. During high school, Richard started working in the various local trades. Stepping into the role of a home builder was a natural progression for him. Today, some 25 years later, he has established extensive experience and relationships in the various trades involved with building a home.

Richard enjoys taking an active role in the building process and is on-site almost every day of the build. He is also very familiar with local subcontractors involved in building a Zap Custom Home. He only chooses subcontractors he trusts, and subcontractors that have a proven track record of delivering reputable work in Abilene over many years. That confidence and that experience is evident in the details of their homes.
