In 2008 Matt Loudermilk and Tim Ellis created Cornerstone Custom Homes. Over the past decade they have built countless spec and custom-built homes for families in and around the Abilene community. Matt has a background in finance and learned the building business from his father who has been a home builder for over 50 years. Tim started his experience in real estate with flipping houses and ran a small business for his father for 15 years. When not building homes, Matt and Tim enjoy spending time with their families; which includes sports and the outdoors.

Using their knowledge and experience, they have built a trusted team of expert contractors and vendors who are all committed to creating homes that will last a lifetime and beyond.
