Prime Properties

For Isaiah Martinez, building and construction in Abilene and the Big Country means everything to him. As a local 3^rd generational builder, his family’s history and roots run deep in the local construction industry. After high school, Isaiah was able to learn and work along side his father Robert, who has been a local master framer for over 30 years. While framing house after house and developing relationships with other tradesmen, Isaiah took his passion for building and design as well as his experience from framing and construction to start Prime Properties.

Prime Properties is a full service construction company that builds custom homes, spec homes, barndominiums, rental property, and select remodels. Isaiah enjoys using his experience and design style to help clients maximize their budget and create the most value for their home or project. Prime Properties is know for creating beautiful homes and designs that showcase the right amount of character, class, and style. You can find homes from Isaiah and Prime Properties in several neighborhoods all over Abilene including Legacy Village, Carriage Hills, The Tributes, Bunny Run, Dakota Springs, Sawgrass, Remington Estates, Heritage Parks, and Southern Cross. In this years Parade of Homes Isaiah is showcasing 2 Modern Farmhouses, both on different budgets, in different neighborhoods.

When not in the office or on the job site, you can usually find Isaiah and his beautiful wife Amanda at a soccer game or practice somewhere, with all three kids playing local and competitive soccer. The Martinez family is proud to call Abilene home and is excited to continue building up and investing into Abilene and the Big Country.
