Wayne built his first house in 1968 and has continued with the ever growing and evolving building industry over the past 53 years. Sanford Construction sees the building industry as one that is unique in that we get to see many different ideas come to fruition with each project. Bo, a second-generation builder, joined Sanford Construction LLC after graduating from Baylor in 1994, as a full partner in the business. Bo oversees the commercial construction division of Sanford Construction. He also is a licensed real estate agent. Rey Alvarez joined the business in January 2021. He oversees the progress of the jobs, ensuring the sub-contractors have everything needed for the job to run smoothly and be productive.
