1. Look for the Parade Homes. There are several in each neighborhood, and they will be marked with large flags in the front yards.
2. Please be sure to wear shoes that can easily be removed. Most homes require that you remove your shoes or wear shoe coverings.
3. Smoking, strollers, food, beverages, and pets are not allowed.
4. Plan your route by reviewing all available homes in the tour so you can see as many homes as you can!
5. Pick up a copy of the Parade of Homes magazine for floor plans and builder information. It is a great planning tool for your dreams.
